1. Service Overview

MadeinKamer facilitates the export of Cameroon-sourced agricultural products and manufactured goods to international customers. We operate as both:

• Direct exporters of products already in our inventory
• Procurement agents for products requiring sourcing from local suppliers

2. Order Process

1. Product Inquiry: Customers specify desired products, quantities, and destination.
2. Availability Check: We confirm if products are in our export-ready inventory or require sourcing.
3. Quotation: We provide a formal quote including all export costs (product, logistics, duties).
4. Order Confirmation: Customer approves quote and makes required payment.
5. Export Execution: We process export documentation and arrange shipment.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• 50% deposit required for orders requiring local procurement
• Balance due before shipment release
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card (3% fee), or approved escrow

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on product availability:

• Inventory items: 7-14 business days after payment
• Sourced items: 14-30 business days (depending on supplier lead time)

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of export transactions:

• No returns accepted for perishable agricultural products
• Manufactured goods may be returned within 14 days at customer's expense
• Refunds processed within 30 days for eligible returns

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Douala, Cameroon.
