Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the international nature of our business, our returns policy differs by product category.

1. Agricultural Products

No returns accepted for perishable agricultural products including:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Perishable food items
  • Live plants

Claims for damaged or spoiled goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Manufactured Goods

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item doesn't match description (with proof)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless error was ours.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within return window at returns@madeinkamer.com
  2. Provide order number and photos of issue
  3. We issue Return Authorization if approved
  4. Ship items back to our Cameroon warehouse
  5. We inspect upon receipt and process refund

4. Refunds

  • Processed within 30 days of return approval
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Refund method matches original payment
  • Deductions may apply for used/damaged items

5. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products with broken seals (cosmetics, food)
  • Items damaged by improper use
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

6. Replacement Policy

For defective manufactured goods, we may offer replacement instead of refund. Customer must return original item before replacement is shipped.
